Invited in to the headquarters for an interview. Owner sat in on interview also. Asked basic skills and if you were able to do certain things listed in the job requirement. I recommend dressing on brand for that vibe of company. Casual/chic

i only made it to the second interview with the creative director, she was super nice! Very casual, she asked a few questions and told me not to be shy if I wanted to reach out. Though, I had to contact them multiple times after getting no response to figure out I didn't make it to the next steps.
