Multiple stage interview process with different sections of the business including HR/recruitment team, the hiring manager and another senior Director. The process was clear and I was communicated with throughout.

The questions were all competency or scenario based and gave me insight into how they were thinking about the role. Also made me think about how I would approach this role which was useful.
