Initial communication was through a dorm internet channel with a test on flash skills and a short discussion. The second stage was a 1 on 1 interview and got hired fairly fast.

No difficult or unexpected questions. Really I felt it wasn't up to my knowledge base but I was underestimating myself. It was a good starters job and I don't regret it
