It is a group interview in which there are going to be alot of other people wherein they will ask multiple questions to everyone at the same time and each one has to answer and standout

We had a group interview with around 20 candidates, conducted in three rounds. The first round was an icebreaker where we were divided into groups of three. We introduced ourselves to each other, and at the end, one group member had to introduce us to the interviewers. While I understand this activity was probably meant to assess communication skills and how well we interact with others, I felt it didn't give candidates a fair chance to present their qualifications. We shared our education, skills, and experience with our group members, but when they introduced us, most of that information was reduced to just a couple of lines. As a result, the hiring managers may not have been able to understand our actual strengths or assess how well we could contribute to the role, the store, or the brand. If our key qualifications are not highlighted, it becomes difficult to showcase why we are a good fit. Unfortunately, I also received a rejection email, which made me reflect on whether this interview format truly allows candidates to demonstrate their potential.
