The interview process was 3 interviews. The first was a zoom meeting call with the recruiter, second was with the hiring manager, and third was with a member of the team. There were a few red flags in terms of work life balance throughout the process. One of the people I interviewed with said one of the biggest challenges for someone coming into the role would be keeping up with the quick pace.
