During the interview I was only asked a couple of questions about my CV but when I was in the flow of talking about my qualifications one of the managers interrupted to ask if I knew someone they used to work with. She didn't seem at all interested in what I had to say. The other manager also said something highly unprofessional in regards to the company only recently being concerned with complying to legal regulations! The company is also lacking in mental health support as they only offer a generic helpline number.
