Start with group meeting then have 1:1 individuals meetings. Everything together about 2.5 hours. It is good experiences, people come with different backgrounds, good to try. And better to do some research before you go.

The interview was fairly easy, look up why you like the brand and what is appealing about it to you.
Make sure you come well dressed, hair and nails neat.
