I applied for the position about 3 weeks prior to the regional recruiter reaching out via email to set up a phone interview for the following week. She called me on time and she asked a lot about my past experiences. She also asked about what I would bring to Louis Vuitton. Towards the end of the interview she asked if I was looking for full-time or part-time and I told her I was looking for full-time and she proceeded to tell me the position I applied for was no longer available. Upon her telling me this, I was very confused and a bit frustrated that she even called me for an interview. Since we had such a great conversation on the call, I told her I'd be open to any full-time positions that become available and she told me that since she conducted the interview that stores would be contacting me directly if I fit what they are looking for.

I was contacted fairly quickly after submitting my application, which I really appreciated. The interview was with one of the store managers and the conversation focused heavily on customer service, client relationships, and client building. The manager was professional and made the interview feel comfortable and conversational. Overall it was a positive experience, and I am currently waiting to hear back regarding a second interview with the general manager.

Le procédé est assez rapide et agréable. Lors de l'entretien RH vous devrait faire une présentation d'articles que vous conseilleriez à des clients.
