I knew they had an open position because my best friend worked there. I came in, asked for the store director, introduced my self and gave him my resume. He called me the following day to schedule an interview with the store manager. I went in, he took me to a room, and basically just asked questions about me. How old, where I was working, school, etc. Very minimal questions about my work. They called me the following day to interview with the store director and he asked me three questions: what I did at my current job/ what I would bring to his store and why Louis Vuitton. I filled up the application and background check after and they called me a week or two offering the job.
