The first interview was a group interview. The Service Leader stated he googled "interview questions" beforehand and it was honestly very laid back and outside in the mall at Fashion Island. The second was with the boutique manager which was also outside and laid back. There was supposed to be a third with the West Coast director, but he never had the time so they got approval to job offer me without the third interview. By my second year I was the top sales associate.
