Entretien
After submitting my CV and Cover Letter I was asked to complete a form with about 20 questions. The questions were about the art market, my previous work experience and how I like to be managed. Then there was an interview over Zoom. Finally there was an in-person interview (which felt more like a conversation) at their office which included a short Excel test.

The interview built on the questions that were asked in the form stage of the application process. For example, they asked about whether I had any previous experience working in the art market and to expand on my weaknesses.
