So far I am in step 3 of the interview process which is the in person interview that will take place in the office. First was the phone interview followed by a video Interview with one of the managers and a supervisor.

The process began with a phone interview, then a video interview, followed by a work sample consisting of 5 questions with a 250 to 500 word minimum for each. At that point, I withdrew my application, I don't have the time to type a 5-page essay for a role such as this. If you want to assess candidates' writing abilities, a simple one-paragraph assignment is more than enough.
