I went through three rounds of interviews. The 1st was a standard screener with a recruiter. The second was with the hiring manager. The last was with the VP of Marketing. All the questions were related to the job description. It helped by giving my input on improvements they could make. I also did my best to showcase my personality by sharing my hobbies or things I found relatable to the interviewer. The process of applying/interviewing/landing for the role lasted about 2 months.
