It is long. First you apply... then they whittle it down the top number of slots. For Landscape Architects, I think it was 30. Then you are ranked based on your interview. If you rank high enough eventually they may interview you again. The entire process make take a couple of years. The interviews themselves were generally friendly, though they ask you a list of questions....some of which are kind of lame.
