I was interviewed through on campus interviews through my law school. It was 20-30 minutes. They did not ask me any hypothetical questions, just why I was interested in being a clerk/ background questions. I interviewed as a 1L

Quick phone call with around 5 questions asked. They were pretty straight forward questions. They were just looking to see if you were interested, I don't think they really cared about the answers a whole lot since this was an unpaid internship.
