The interview process was phenomenal. It had a lot of components. Initial phone screening, followed by a panel interview, personality assessment, followed by 2 additional 1:1 interviews. It sounds like a lot but start to finish, it was done in under a week.

The questions were standard for the role and covered things from productivity, gross margin, managing over/under-utilization, QAPI program, basic regulatory understanding, people management strategies, leadership style.
