Lopez speaks directly to you and gets to know you. Be yourself, he's a smart guy and can tell when people are being fake. He will pick up on lies. He will tell you about his vision and want to know your vision too. He will ask how you heard about him, what you like in design, what are your strengths and weaknesses, how much you are expecting. He's a very sharp man and can be a bit intimidating at first but as you get to know him he's pretty warm. He has a wonderful family and if you work with him you will get to know them.
