The CEO himself conducts the interview with the head of the relevant department. They would ask you about your past experience and what your future plans are. They would also ask you what you are looking for in your career at Loops.

It was more of a friendly chat and it they were easy going. They like to see if the new recruit has a great personality and would fit in well with the existing staff.
