Applied online, got a screening request. I felt that this job was a good fit for me and the recruiter agreed as well. That is, until I got this complete BS "we actually don't think there's a fit for you because we're looking for someone who can do XYZ". This was a thorough 45 minute screening by the way. Well, maybe your hiring team should take the time to actually have a clear idea of what they’re looking for in the role and not have some brand new requirements come up and use that to reject me. What a complete waste of my time, I do not recommend interviewing with this BS company. Good luck.

4 rounds of interviews (after screening call): Manager Interview, Tech assessment, Interview w/Data Engineer, Interview with other Data Managers. Overall, they all treated me with respect and they provided me with focused feedback from my interview and the reasons why they didn't move forward. All my interview experience was quite pleasant with them.
