They emailed me saying they had been trying to contact me for a while now- meanwhile I had not received a single email or phone call. They told me they had time for an interview the next day and when I replied they never got back to me. Seems unprofessional and somewhat sketchy.

THANK GOD I read these reviews before I went in for my interview..... they are 100% correct!
I arrived to my interview, and there were 4 or 5 other companies located in that office. I was ushered into the waiting room alongside multiple other young professionals while I waited. In my confirmation email, I was told I was meeting with the CEO or the Head of Hiring and I certainly didn't meet with either of those, I don't even know who I met with- he never gave me his name. My interview took less than 10 minutes and all he did was go over my resume. Then he starting drawing and talking about some "management track" that was extremely vague and made no sense. I was given no opportunity to ask questions, and salary/pay was not mentioned at all. I was called that evening, but no message was left and I got an email telling me the details of the second interview. It required me to be available from 9:30-5:30 to shadow someone... aka work for free. These reviews showed me what that entailed so I didn't go, and I received another email informing me that I could reschedule. Not happening.
I really felt bad for all of the other people in the room. Shame on LinkedIn for allowing this company to Shanghai people.

The talent manager reached out quickly after the application went through and we scheduled an interview for 5pm. I was told to arrive a few minutes early so I arrived at 4:30pm. To my surprise, I found about 20 people waiting to be interviewed. My initial thought was, “when are they going to get to me?” Then I continued to research the company, turns out the only positions available are commission only and basically door to door in fancy descriptions. It’s a misleading company out for people probably due to high turnover. The company is unprofessional. One of the staff members hit on one of the interviewees before she was even seen. This company needs to get its act together.

I saw this comment, and it has been my exact same experience. In addition, I live 8+ hours away and when they asked me to come to an in-person interview with less than 24 hour notice, I replied asking if they made any exceptions... no response. Now, they keep emailing me saying we've been playing phone tag; however, I have received no phone calls or emails.
