Initially, I received a call from Human Resources, but I was unavailable at the time. Subsequently, I received an email inviting me for an interview.
I confirmed my attendance and was then requested to submit relevant documents and complete the company's application form. The application form included five unique questions designed to help the company learn more about the applicant, such as their perceived purpose in life, ambitions, perspectives on career development, and other personal insights.
On the day of the interview, there were four interviewers present in the room: the Chief Financial Officer, two departmental heads, and a representative from Human Resources. The interview lasted approximately one hour, and it was a positive experience. The interviewers were friendly and professional, demonstrating a clear interest in getting to know me based on my resume and the submitted application form.
Despite the rejection, I consider this a valuable experience.
