The call with the recruiter was nice. Then had 4 zoom interviews, during which I was not told who I was meeting with. Everyone had different things to say about what the position actually entails. Including some details that I would have appreciated to know before, as they changed my understanding of the position significantly. I got incredibly confused, as the position was nothing like what the job description was. It was not a good process, as it seemed there is a lack of communication. The interviewers were all kind, yet weren’t aware who I had all ready met with, and seemed stressed and unprepared, which was sad. It felt like something was going on internally. They all said very different from hinge about the position, and it seemed like they were unwillingly forced to interview. I was very confused and dejected, and definitely upset as this position was one I was initially excited about.
