The interview went very well, and the entire recruitment process was clearly and professionally explained. The feedback was detailed, and provided promptly, making the overall experience efficient. The outcome was not positive, but the hiring process is good.

As a follow up to a previous review where I mentioned a first positive and friendly interview with HR, then an interesting and challenging interview with tech then being ghosted - Loka replied that their answer might have been overlooked or filtered out.
Nope. All emails with HR team members were received in my mailbox. No email was overlooked (I checked again).
After the 2nd interview, I sent several reminders to 2 HR team members, never got any reply to any of those.

5 rondas de entrevistas + un trabajo que luego hay que defender. Se comunican sólo con mails template de un CRM, cero feedback, cero acompañamiento. De los procesos más largos e improdicrivos en los que he participado.
