Applied one day received an email to schedule a phone interview. After phone interview they call you back and schedule in person interview (next day for me) met the branch manager and branch service manager , after the interview with them they had an associate complete a culture interview to see if you are a Match for the company. Received an offer SAME DAY!!!

When you first apply you get an email from a recruiter telling you if they want to interview you via phone or if you are not qualified they simply tell you thanks for applying but we have other people better qualified at the moment. The phone interview typically lasts about 30 min and from there they have you do a test online for math and basic language skills. There is also a personality test and a back ground/ credit check done as well. After all of this they may schedule you for a culture interview to make sure you are a good fit with the company. Keep in mind it is just a culture interview if it is a part time job. If you are doing a full time job it requires an actual one on one interview mixed with culture as well. Once everything is done the final step is a drug test.
