Time consuming.. for unnecessary formality.. they call a candidate several time don't value time of candidate as they waste with a silly excuse that interviewer is in meeting are on leave today

First round written technical, and second round was face to face technical with basic c# questions and after that HR round for discussing salary and company policies, it was very good experience of an interview

First Written round , then after Writen if cleared then Personal inteview round.Written and Interview rounds are basically formality , most of candidates are reference and get selected even if they dont clear rounds.But if you dont have reference then you are in trouble because interview is taken by freshers with limited knowledge.
