I was recently interviewed for a Data Scientist role at Logik.
The process began with an automated email inviting me to complete an assessment. After passing the assessment, a recruiter contacted me for an initial screening call, which went really well. One of the aspects I appreciated most was that they were open to sponsorship, which is particularly important to me as an international student.
A week later, I had a technical interview with a team lead. However, one thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t specify the type of interview beforehand—whether it would be a product case discussion, a technical round, or something else. During the interview, they presented a product use case and discussed a challenge they were facing. I found the interview to be very insightful, and I learned a lot from it.
Even though I felt I answered the questions well, I received a rejection after a week. They didn’t provide specific feedback, but I assume it was due to competition from more experienced candidates. Despite this, I had a positive overall experience interviewing at Logik. Their hiring process typically takes about a week for each round.
