I went from being told I was the top candidate to not receiving an offer with no explanation and was only told that after I repeatedly reached out to my recruiter. Before that, they made me go through multiple phone interviews and Zoom video meetings. It was 6 interviews total. The difficulty of making that work while also still working your current job was very hard. The level of communication at the end of the interviewing process was very poor and was disappointing because I thought I had developed a good relationship with multiple people within the company (specifically Chief Talent Officer) and thought I would be working with them. I would recommend that you are constantly asking what the timeline for hiring is because it seems that they just kept adding interviews on and make sure you are in constant contact with your recruiter so that you don’t get ghosted like I did.
