J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez LogicMonitor (Austin, TX) en mars 2015
Entretien
I applied for the opening online via the LogicMonitor website. It appeared to be a good fit based on my skills and experience. I was contacted via email the next day. An initial phone interview was scheduled for a day later. The phone interview was with an employee who was currently in the job I was interviewing for. It was very informal. We spent time going over my background and there was plenty of opportunity for me to ask questions about the company. A second interview was planned for a few days later with a hiring manager. We spoke for about 30 minutes. There was much discussion about working for a smaller company vs. a larger company, the pluses and minuses. About a week after the second interview I received an email thanking me for my time and informing me that I wasn't a good fit for the position.
Although I didn't get an offer I enjoyed speaking with both of the LogicMonitor employees and believed their company would be a good place to work.
