Uninspiring. Prior to screening call, asked to complete 2 tests that take up around 30 minutes to an hour of your time. Then a completely generic screening call. Asked generic questions that do not highlight the potential of a candidate. Afterwards, they gatekeep any feedback.

Last minute rescheduling by the recruiter, postponing the process an additional week. Only to receive no follow up after the interview for over a week and then get informal auto reply rejection email.
