The evaluation process revolves around understanding whether candidate can sell their soul and time to them against a fat paycheck. They do not like candidates evaluating them or asking them questions no matter how good they are. I come from the same industry and gave all the responses in depth however I was rejected because I asked them their current quota attainment.
