This decision came after I’d already made plans based on their reassurances, including considering a relocation. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a company of this size fail to provide clarity on something as crucial as visa sponsorship, especially for a candidate committed to a long-term future with them. If Lockton isn't prepared to support international employees fully, this should be clear from the beginning.
