Entretien
Two day interview included one-on-one interview with prospective Unit Manager followed by a group interview with upper managers and other candidates. Tour of facility and lunch with prospective peers. Second day was an individual interview with the same upper managers and a personality test. Interview process seemed overly long for an entry level position.
