Understanding of usability concerns and experience in delivering standard compliant (W3C, XHTML) and accessible (WCAG, 508) websites. Exposure to and understanding of HTML5/CSS3 and collateral technologies Code level customization of modules & add-ons as per the project requirements. It was a very long process, took over a month from initial contact to having an actual offer. The people were great and all, but I needed to receive calls 4 to 5 times a week to speak to many different persons either in HR or the staff at the office.
