Il colloquio viene svolto in più fasi in modo da poter valutare in primo luogo l'atteggiamento e la propensione al lavoro (in particolare lavoro di gruppo) e poi si passano anche alle valutazioni sul piano tecnico de di competenze
It was a one-on-one interview process that felt pretty straightforward. Most of the questions focused on behavioral aspects, communication skills, and specific examples from my previous work experiences, testing adaptability and problem-solving.
