Found the job on LinkedIn, sent resume. Got a call back a few days later. Had 2 , 1 hour Skype calls with the hiring manager, got an offer a few days later over the phone. They then failed to send a offer letter, then when they did, it wasn't correct. The start date got pushed back twice to two weeks from the original offer.
