Had video call with hiring managers, went well, then had a technical video call with developers which also went really well. I canceled another interview I was about to have since it sounded like I got the job. The recruiters said they would give feedback regardless, I waited 3 weeks but never got a response either way. Disappointing since the developers seemed great the recruiters just let them down. I hope the recruiting team sees this and improve or just let the developers manage recruiting.
