Made it through a phone interview and 2 in-person interviews. The phone interview was conducted by a recruiter working for corporate office. In-person interviews were at the downtown digital agency office. The first was conducted by the current Digital Production Manager and another Manager who works closely with the Production team. The second interview was with a senior Director who oversaw the Process digital operations of the click and pick program.

Seamless and straightforward. Asked alot of behavioral-type questions and was looking for a cultural fit for the org. It was more of a conversation vs an interview. I found it easier than other companies, they were quick on decision making.
