Nice recruiter actually cares, hiring manager asked tough technical questions and was good with giving feedback throughout the interview. I was caught off guard when the manager mentioned his last hire was highly technical with 15+ years experience. The JD mentioned they're looking for 3+ years of experience, so I felt this wasn't quite relevant in terms of a way to communicate to me that I lacked the technical depth required for the role.

Loblawa Digital Interview process consists of 4 rounds of interviews:
1. Pre-screening: 30 minutes with a recruiter
2. Interview with hiring manager: an hour more technical and behavioural
3. Panel interview with 3 team members: system design, cultural fit
4. Interview with the executive
