first they dont have enough time for an interview. when they have at that time thay asking more experiences then reject most of candidates. mostly all candidates are dissatisfied with interview.
interview was straight forward, I saw the job posting and reached out to the pharmacy manager. They were short on staff and needed help immediately, and I had experience so they were very interested.
