Tested on basic skills to measure how analytical you were. Met with department management. I could tell that management and the department lacked real world experience and that work being produced was very amateur. Looking back, I wish I would have declined offer and pursued other opportunities.

The process was okay. They asked behavioral questions and the second part they asked questions about their business to test our analytical/statistical skills. I interviewed with what I believe as the assistant manager and I had such a hard time understanding her. She had poor grammar and English. I also briefly met the manager and didn't like the way he came off.
