Applied online after seeing the job advertised on Reed. Then had a 1 to 1 interview with a line manager who I would be working for, was very personable and not intimidating at all. Was actually quite enjoyable.

Start with a short call with a recruiter, then one call with a line manager, and after that another call with relevant colleagues, I didnt receive an assessment test but all happened conversationally

Very good, clear concise questions. Manger gave in the spot feedback to some of my answers which was re assuring. It was formal but felt quite relaxed. On the whole a good experience.

Informal competency based 1 hour call with the Project sponsor and the PM lead. They were happy to answer scene setting questions at the beginning and clarifications at the end
