After completing online application I had to complete online assessment. Numeracy test was quite hard but I have passed. Next step was a selection event which for me was actually 1:1 interview. I must say I have actually enjoyed that.

Competency based questions lot of them:
When did you made a mistake last time and what have you learned from that?
When were you part of a successful team....
When did you have to do a prompt decision for the customer?
Friendly interviwer made me feel really at ease and the application process was thorough but relevant to the job role applied for, prior to the interview an online test needed to be completed.

There was an online survey that you complete firstly, then an
online interview with one person, they were friendly and interview seemed relatively informal, they asked a few questions and interview lasted 45 mins. They start off asking about hobbies.
