Smooth process, all the interview process and timelines are in the Lloyd’s website. Interview questions were mostly strength based. They were mostly about how we work as an individual and in group settings, what motivates us. Enjoyed the interview process.

3 stages - tests, video interview and assessment day. The main focus is on competencies as opposed to any technical questions. So make sure to have examples of times you have demonstrated the competencies
