Interviewed briefly with HR. Typical questions getting to mee you, after the 25 minute interview I was taken to a different room to perform a psychometric test and other similar tests. Called me back after 2-3 weeks to interview with stores manager controller. I had a 2-3 hour interview going through my resume and testing my accouting/finance knowledge but nothing to be worried about if you feel like you have domain in the subject. Finally I interviewed with the controlling director, this interview was more "getting to know how you think and logic tests" than technical questions. I got a call two days later and got the job.
