I had an overall really great experience! The first step in the process was to complete a HireVue interview in which you record yourself answering questions. This sounds worse than it is, you actually have multiple tries to refine your answers. After that, I spoke to a hiring manager and then I moved onto a presentation round that came with four 1:1 interviews right after. Everyone I met was kind, knowledgeable, and supportive.
