LiveRamp's interview process is very streamlined and well run. The recruiter was very knowledgeable and asked all the relevant screening questions. She followed up in every step of the process and was very efficient. I was very impressed with the recruiting process and everyone involved. They even sent a gift card for coffee in the morning of the interview, which was a really nice touch. LiveRamp data science is growing team and is working on problems that are not well defined and require research and exploration as opposed to standard cookie-cutter modeling problems in some other companies. This is very attractive if you are someone who wants to solve complex problems. The onsite interview lasted 5 hours. Most of the questions focused on problem solving, leadership styles, and some detailed technical questions. I feel the questions were more geared on learning about the candidate's ability to approach a new problem rather than what the candidate would do step-by-step on a standard modeling problem, which seems to be what a lot of places focus on. I really enjoyed the interview process at LiveRamp and liked the people and culture of the company.
