I applied through school during the winter and received a phone screen in the early spring. I talked to the Director of department and she was very friendly and helpful. Mostly she just asked questions about what I was doing in school and what sort of projects I’ve had before. Received notice that I had obtained the position a few weeks later.

The interview process was straightforward. I was asked typical questions like walk me through your resume, tell me about yourself, why are you interested in working here, etc. I had a call with a recruiter and then a video call with my manager.

Basic interview questions included what I study, why I applied, what I do in my free time and outside of class, etc. There were not tricky questions and as long as you show passion, you should be fine.
