Broken up into several stages, an initial technical chat, a cognitive test, a coding test and a series of values interviews. The cognitive tests were from a really nice platform, the best I've ever used, it even gives you your results, +1 for owning your own data. The coding test was one of the best I've done, it wasn't an algorithms test, it was a simple problem that you explored and described what you were thinking and how you would expand it if you had more time. Values interviews were long, there are 4 of them, each 30mins long, but they were friendly chats that were genuinely interesting.
