I applied for the job on Tuesday and was asked to come in for an in-person interview the day right after (Wednesday). When I got to the location it was a very small waiting room with 20 people nervously waiting and music ~blaring~ while everyone was filling out their information on clipboards.
The first in-person interview was very standard asking a couple questions about my experience and my ideal start date. Lasted about 15 minutes, even though they were 20 minutes late with the interview time slot that I had signed up for. After that round, I got invited to come in again the next day for "about 50 minutes", which ended up being just under 2 hours. This part of the process is what really got me questioning the company. First red flag.
The first part involved being grouped together with 4 other candidates - we were brought to a cafe down the block where they then explained to us all about the company. It was very fast-paced and we were expected to take notes. Throughout this informal presentation, there were several marketing terms dropped in and it was basically a bunch of definitions about marketing, rather than information about the company itself. Second red flag.
Afterwards we had our "individual" meetings with the team, when in reality they did not ask a single thing about me except for my start date - which I had told them several times before. It was as if they were rushing me through the process before I had a chance to grasp anything.
The third part of the interviewing process involved a questionnaire that quizzed us on what we had learned about the company and marketing in general. It seemed very robotic as if they were drilling in our heads that they have "values" as a brand. I don't doubt that some people make a decent living working for this company, but it definitely will not last long.
Long story short: The way that they company is set up basically shows that it is a PYRAMID SCHEME. It is all sales and commission-based, and the company promises lots of "room for growth". Their whole training program is clearly a pyramid and they get gullible people fresh out of college to bring onto the team. I do not believe that they work with the clients that they claim (Doctors Without Borders, HelloFresh, Walmart, etc.).
Just be careful before entering this line of work.

Applied and received an email the next day to schedule an interview. Went to the interview and waited for about an hour and a half before finally being called back. Was contacted a few hours following the first interview to come in for a follow up.

It was alright. Just be yourself and you'll be alright. Pay attention, take a lot of notes, as there will be a questionnaire at the end. Answer questions that are asked to you and always remain calm. There may be a group interview during your second round.
