It was an open interview process at The Wiltern. They posted times online and I was told to arrive at my time of preference on a certain day within a time frame that they provided. Once I got there, I filled out some paperwork and I was interviewed by the House manager at the time. They then had me fill out the online application. They don't provide parking validation while you interview. I received a call that same afternoon confirming that I got the job.

I was met at the venue by the scheduling coordinator. They were extremely pleasant and walked me into a private room with couches. We sat and discussed my previous work experiencer in a lax way, followed by competency questions. It was about 30 minutes.
